BlackBerry titles former SAP professional to go key business segment

BlackBerry Ltd said on Tuesday that John Sims will be a part of the organization as head of its international company solutions business , a key section that is likely to be at the primary of the smart phone organization's turn-around plan.

Waterloo, Ontario-based BlackBerry said Sims will be a part of the organization in Jan from application massive SAP AG , where he provided as chief executive of SAP's mobile solutions company.

BlackBerry's Primary Professional David Chen said Sims' comprehensive experience in changing businesses will be a remarkable resource to BlackBerry as the organization looks for to get back its washed out performance.

Waterloo, Ontario-based BlackBerry developed the idea of on-the-go email, and for decades its pagers and mobile phones were must-have gadgets for governmental and company management. But it has bled company to Apple Inc's iPhone and a number of mobile phones operated by Google Android application recently.

The organization's new line of mobile phones that run on its all-new BlackBerry 10 os have did not restore company, forcing the organization to consider a possible selling a few months ago.
