Republic Wi-fi Places MotoX for $299,Plans Start at $5 a Month

Republic Wi-fi, which has made a name for itself by providing endless mobile telephone support for $19 per month, will soon provide the Samsung Motrola X, the service provider verified Saturday.

The wireless start-up will provide Motorola's new device for $299 without a agreement, with four new per month support programs, beginning at $5 per month. Nabbing the Motrola X is a huge win for Republic, which has in the past only provided older Android operating system mobile phones such as the LG Optimus S $0.01 at Amazon Wi-fi and Samsung Repel XT .

This also is a lot for anyone in the market for a Motrola X, considering the device will set you returning approximately $600 when you buy it off-contract through one of the significant providers.

Those who feel they can depend on Wi-Fi only can get the Motrola X with Republic's new $5-a-month strategy, which provides endless discuss, written text, and information. There's also a new $10 strategy, such as Wi-Fi and mobile. Besides that, the service provider is providing two other programs with 3G and 4G mobile support for $25 and $40 per month, respectively.

The new programs will be available beginning next 30 days, and you can change programs up to two times per month as your utilization needs change, Republic said. The unique $19 per month endless strategy will now be restricted to the Samsung Repel XT, though the carrier's 30-day money-back assurance is still in place.

In other Motrola X information, Samsung on Wed released the designer edition of the device on Verizon wireless Wi-fi. The Google-owned company will also launch a GSM edition for AT&T and T-Mobile on Saturday.

"These new dev versions come in a special shade mixture — dark on front and weaved white on returning along with a seal of acceptance that statements your designer position," Punit Soni, vice chairman of control for Samsung Flexibility, said in a Google+ publish.
