How the Galaxy S5 Super Power Saving method works

This Samsung made some strong statements about battery of the future Galaxy S5, and while history shows that battery statements like this one hardly ever confirm to be real, Samsung might actually provide on its guarantee. Super Power Preserve has been described and it’s more fascinating than we would have thought.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 was declared with a a little bit bigger battery  than its forerunner, and despite packaging a bigger screen the phone is supposed to be able to provide far higher battery. The GS5 is able of considerably restricting performance to avoid wasting energy in two different methods, a normal energy preserving method and an Super Power Saving method that statements to be able of 24 time of battery using just 10% of battery.

These battery preserving methods are different from what we’ve seen from other Android system devices, due to new technological innovation New samsung is using to help with routing and individual app optimization.

Samsung’s energy preserving method comes from some of the same methods we’ve already seen on Qualcomm-based devices before, with a little something extra thrown in. The Galaxy S5 operates a Snapdragon 801 processer, which when along with Qualcomm’s battery energy preserving software, will cause the chipset to run considerably more slowly and nonproductive for several time with almost no battery energy consumption. On top of this, Samsung is working with Clear NavExtend to offer higher battery when using place centered solutions. Since place centered solutions are used in a lot of Android system applications and solutions, this will go a long way to providing a better experience on the S5.

Samsung will also be using Lucid’s WebExtend and GamExtend solutions as well, but it’s not clear exactly how those solutions will be used and whether or not the benefits will be limited to particular applications. For example, if WebExtend works on the web browser Samsung provides and now Chrome, users will need to choose their applications carefully.

The Super Power Saving method is a different tale, with a less complicated technical description. This method places the phone is black and while, restricting the processer and the display to using as little energy as possible without taking you of critical functions. You’ll have access to some basic applications, like the ability to send sms information, make telephone calls, and look at the web with Samsung’s web browser, but there is not yet a complete list of what applications will be available. This method boundaries your phone considerably, but it also makes sure you have a phone when you need it most. Most significantly, it looks like this feature can be set to stimulate instantly when you battery energy falls to a particular amount, so you don’t have to worry about it.

Even without these amazing battery drinking guarantees, the Galaxy S5 statements to be able to last through 10 time of web surfing around and 11 time of video play-back. If that turns out to be real, than the Galaxy S5 could set a whole new bar for what we expect from Android system phones in the future.
