Facebook director Andreessen's company provides a third of its shares

 Facebook Inc director Marc Andreessen's venture-capital company promoted a third of its discuss in the No. 1 online online community, according to a latest controlling handling.

Andreessen Horowitz promoted 2.28 million shares on Nov 6 at about $49 to $50 a discuss, according to a handling with the U.S. Financial commitment strategies and Return Amount on Few days. It still preserves 4.57 million shares in Facebook.

Andreessen Horowitz presenter Margit Wennmachers said on Few days that the organization's investment thesis was effective. Still, she said they are big supporters in Facebook, which is why they are having on to big part of their shares.

Facebook shares closed at $47.53, down 3 cents on Few days.

Marc Andreessen helped begin web internet browser company Netscape, which was acquired by AOL Inc in 1999. Andreessen Horowitz has invested in some of the country's most popular start-ups,such as Facebook and online forum Pinterest.
